Posture
Your posture definitely influences your appeareance and how other people perceive you. When you always sit slouched forward with your shoulders rounded in you have a closed posture which makes you come across as more insecure than when you have the right posture. An open posture (shoulders pulled back and chest up) positively influences your appearance. It will make you look more confident and you will automatically feel this way.
Then it can sometimes be hard to take the right posture. Either because sitting straight will feel as if you are showing them off or because you don't get the right support from your bra. Sounds familiar? The solution: wear a bra with thicker bra straps for extra support. It is also extremely important you are wearing the right size as the wrong size won't give you the support you need.
Then it can also be difficult to take on the right posture especially if you are a bit insecure about them. Sitting upright can make you more self conscious about the size of your breasts. The solution: wear a padded bra to emphasize your natural breast shape or give your boobies a boost by wearing a push up bra.
Presentable
Whether you have to wear a corporate office outfit (read: fancy shirts and skirts) or don't have to oblidge to a specific dresscode, you always have to look presentable. Guess what? The right bra can do the trick! It is always good to have a couple of bras that you can combine with specific office outfits.
Wear a t-shirt bra as your everyday bra. A t-shirt bra has soft, smooth cups which makes them invisible under tops. Where you'd might see the structure of your gorgeous lace bra through your top, your t-shirt bra will definitely not show. It is an absolute must have for your daily outfit. Another plus of a t-shirt bra? It has padded cups so no more worrying about anyone noticing you are too cold when the airco is on too high.
Do you like to wear nice tops or dresses with a V-neck? Try out a plunge bra.The cups of this type of bra are low cut so you won't see the cups when wearing a V-neck top. Plus: a plunge bra also gives you a cleavage to die for! Do note that a low cut V-neck might be inappropriate to wear to work.
A proper strapless bra is another musthave in your wardrobe. They are especially good for those dresses and tops that have off-shouder sleeves or are strapless! This way you won't see annoying bra straps.
Do you love to wear more slim fitted dresses or pants to work? Pay attention to visible panty lines (VPLs) as no one really needs to see what type of underwear you are wearing today. Wear invisible knickers to know for sure that no one can tell what underwear you are wearing. Invisible knickers don't have any panty lines so they won't show through your clothes.
Another tip for slim fitted dresses: shapewear! Shapewear makes you look slimmer and emphasizes your curves and waist in a positive way. Do you often wear white tops to work? Then it can be hard to find the right coloured bra that won't show. The solution: skin toned or red bras. These colours will show less under a white shirt than white or black bras.
