Where is my package?
You can monitor the status of your package using the Track&Trace code you receive via email when your order leaves our warehouse. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered.

I have not received my order. What should I do?
Unfortunately it can happen that an order can experience delays. Best thing to do is to contact our Customer Service department who can assist you.
I have received an item I did not order, what should I do?
If you have not received all the items you ordered or have received items that you did not order, please contact our Customer Service department.
I have not received a confirmation email, what to do?
Order confirmations are usually sent within a few hours once you place your order. Please keep an eye on your inbox as well as the spam folder.
If you still didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help!
If you have an account, you can always check your order history in the Orders page online and in the app.
Can I cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it. Of course, if you change your mind, you can still return your order within 30 days via the Return Portal.
There are a number of conditions for returning items to Hunkemöller:
1. You must return items within 30 days. This period begins on the day you have received your order.
2. Items must be unused and undamaged, and with all original hangtags/labels attached
3. Hunkemoller reserve the right to refuse your refund if the items are not returned to us in their original condition
Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address?
Once your order has been placed, it’s no longer possible to change the delivery address via our website.
However, when you receive your Track & Trace code from Royal Mail by email, you’ll have the option to click on ‘Update Delivery Options’. This allows you to choose a safe place for the parcel to be left if you're not home on the day of delivery.
Can my order be delivered to a postbox address?
Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver to PO boxes, however, we do offer Pick-up Point deliveries where you can select the nearest point to your desired delivery location.
How will my order be delivered?
We offer different delivery methods so you can choose what suits you best:
- Home delivery with Royal Mail - £4.95
- Pick up at a Royal Mail Service Point - £4.95
- Delivery is free for orders £10 or more.
Note : we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Your order will arrive within 1-3 days*. The estimated delivery timeframe will be shown during checkout. If you order on weekdays before 2:30 PM your order will be delivered the next day. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email to follow its progress. Royal Mail will keep you updated throughout the delivery process and will also notify you once your parcel has been delivered.
*Please note that during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, delivery may take 1-2 days longer.

What will happen if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postman will leave a message. You can pick up the parcel within two weeks at a Royal Mail access point. If you do not pick up the parcel, it will be returned to Hunkemöller and your payment will be refunded.

My order is too late, what now?
We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. Occasionally, delays can happen due to high demand at our distribution centre or with Royal Mail. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a Track & Trace link which allow you to follow the deliver progress. Royal Mail will keep you updated throughout the delivery process and will also notify you once your parcel has been delivered.

If you want to follow your package you can do this with the Track & Trace code on the Royal Mail - website. We will send your code in the email once your order has left our warehouse or check My Hunkemöller.

I have received the wrong size and/or colour, what should I do?
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on your shipping method:
- Home delivery via Royal Mail - £4.95
- Delivery to a Royal Mail Service Point - £4.95
*Free shipping for orders of £10 or more
Can I giftwrap my purchase?
Yes, you can easily add a giftbox in your shopping basket. The giftbox comes in one size only. If you have order multiple items and want to make sure they all fit, order multiple giftboxes.
Please note that giftbox can only be returned in unfolded/unused condition, otherwise will not qualify for a refund.
