Why share your photo?
By sharing your photo or video that features a Hunkemöller product you inspire loads of other Hunkemöller fans! Others can see how you for example wear those sports leggings or which bra is one of your favourites and get inspired. Plus we are always excited to see how you rock that Hunkemöller style! View our gallery and get inspired yourself!
How does it work?
You’ve received a message from us:
You’ve placed content (photo or video) on Instagram or twitter featuring a Hunkemöller product and have used the @hunkemoller tag! You then received a message from us that we love your photo or video and would like to feature it on our websites, promotional emails, advertisements, social media and in-store social walls. Reply with #YEShkm if you’d like a chance to be featured. By using #YEShkm you give us permission to feature your content and agree to our terms and conditions. As we receive a large number of submissions we cannot guarantee that your content will be selected. Hence, Hunkemöller is under no obligation to use any content submitted. You will not receive a message when your content has been selected for use.
You would like to upload your photo or video featuring a Hunkemöller product yourself:
Share your Hunkemöller style and tag us with @hunkemoller to have a chance at being featured on our websites, promotional emails, advertisements, social media and in-store social walls! We then send you a message from our Hunkemöller account. Reply with #YEShkm to give us permission to feature it and agree to our terms and conditions. As we receive a large number of submissions we cannot guarantee that your content will be selected. Hence, Hunkemöller is under no obligation to use any content submitted. You will not receive a message when your content has been selected for use.
You can also share your photo or video featuring a Hunkemöller product by uploading it on our website yourself. On each page with a photo gallery showing user content, you can find a button to upload your own photo or video. Click on this button and you can upload your own photo or video by going through a couple of easy steps! If you upload content via our website we will not send you a message. When uploading your content you give us permission to feature it and agree to our terms and conditions. As we receive a large number of submissions we cannot guarantee that your content will be selected. Hence, Hunkemöller is under no obligation to use any content submitted.
You need to be 16 years or older to give us permission to use your content. If you are under 16 years please do not share your photo or video with us. By giving us permission to use your content, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, own all the rights in and to your content or that you have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submitted if your content is subject to third party proprietary rights. You confirm that you are legally entitled to post the content and that the content is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive and that Hunkemöller does not violate any other law when using your content. This consent also includes the permission from all person(s) appearing in your content (and their guardians if they are a minor). You hereby also release, discharge and agree to hold Hunkemöller, and any person acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to Hunkemöllers’ use of your content.

By replying with #YEShkm or by uploading your photo or video on our website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to the processing of your photo or video by us and have it featured on our websites, promotional emails, advertisements, social media, and in-store social walls. How will your content be used?
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you give Hunkemöller the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your content in any manner to be determined in the following section, including but not limited to our websites, social media channels, promotional e-mails and advertisements, and in other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, in any media now or hereafter known. Hunkemöller may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your content in any manner in our sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. Please note that you also give us the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of your content.

How long will we store your content?
We will store your content for a period of one year after you have given us your consent to feature it. After this one year period we will remove it from the Hunkemöller websites and social media accounts (as previously stated). Hunkemöller may remove your content at any point in time without prior notice.
How can you remove your content or report a photo or video?
You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you want us to delete a photo or video that you have submitted via the website or by using #YEShkm, you can send us an e-mail with your request to: privacy@hunkemoller.com. Please note that your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of our use of your photo or video up to your withdrawal.
As your content will be featured publicly, third parties could share or use your content without our knowledge and approval. Hunkemöller is not able, nor responsible, for removing content that has been obtained or shared by such third parties. You can contact these third parties directly to request them to remove your content.
If you feel that a photo or video is inappropriate, offensive or is violating someone’s rights you can report this photo by clicking on the report button in the photo (exclamation mark in the lower right corner) and filling in the form.
