What is a bralette?
A bralette is a bra without underwires and padding. It looks somewhat like a top. A bralette is often made of fine (sheer) fabrics such as lace or a cotton blend. It has thin bra straps and offers less support than your regular underwired bra.

Why wear a bralette?
A bralette is super comfortable but at the same time sexy (especially the ones made of sheer fabric). It is the perfect day off bra. It doesn't feel like you are wearing a bra but still gives a bit more support than when you are braless. The lace styles give you a more romantic and sexy look.
How to wear a bralette?
You can basically wear a bralette under anything, from sweaters to dresses. Wear it under a button-down shirt or a shirt with a lower V-cut so you show your bralette as part of your outfit. This looks especially nice with a bralette that has lace details.
Big size bralettes
Bralettes often go up to size L/ XL. Reason being that bralettes can't offer the support needed with bigger cup sizes. This doesn't mean however that you can't wear one if you have bigger breasts. If it fits and it feels comfortable wearing one every now and then: go for it!
