These Medium absorbency pants will keep you confident to stay dry for up to 8 hours which is the equivalent of 3 tampons or two sanitary pads, wear them with a tampon or sanitary pad for heavier days. Washable and Reusable. We recommend you rinse under cold water first and then wash as normal on a low temperature and then leave to hang dry. Avoid tumble drying or bleach to protect the special layers to keep you fresh and dry for longer.
