Black Friday - Comeback Voucher
1. Organiser
This activation is organised by Hunkemöller (“Hunkemöller”).
2. Eligibility
• Open to all members of the Hunkemöller Loyalty Programme (“Members”).
• Non-members may participate by joining the Loyalty Programme during the Promotion Period.
• Employees of Hunkemöller, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded.
3. Promotion Period
• The Promotion Period runs from 19 November to 31 December 2025.
• The voucher can be redeemed from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. After this date, it will automatically expire.
4. How it works
• From 19 November 2025, physical reminder cards will be distributed in participating Hunkemöller stores.
• Members who make a purchase (in-store or online) between 19 November and 31 December 2025 will automatically receive a “Comeback” voucher loaded onto their Member account.
• The voucher provides £10 off a minimum spend of £50 (after discounts, excluding gift cards and shipping).
• The voucher is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher is valid online and in participating stores in all countries except Duty-Free and DOC locations.
• Receiving a physical card is not required to qualify.
5. Voucher redemption
• The £10 discount will apply automatically at checkout once the minimum spend is met.
• Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be used in combination with other discount vouchers unless otherwise stated.
6. General conditions
• Hunkemöller may verify eligibility and may withhold or cancel vouchers in cases of error, fraud, or misuse.
• Hunkemöller reserves the right to amend or withdraw the activation if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7. Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunkemöller accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or voucher use, unless caused by Hunkemöller’s negligence.
• Hunkemöller is not responsible for technical issues or delays in voucher loading.
8. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Hunkemöller Privacy Policy and only for the purpose of administering this activation and the Loyalty Programme.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the purchase was made.
